Tiger Iron Press, LLC was formed in 2006 by one accomplished author and one successful businessman with the goal of publishing quality books about strong or unusual women of the South. Although occasionally we will consider other types of nonfiction or fiction, our niche is the often untold and unknown contribution of a southern woman, or women. We especially look for biographies, memoirs, and novels and do not accept science fiction, self-help, poetry, or fantasy literature. Please see our Submissions Guide for our specific guidelines. We intend to allow our books to be on the market and to grow much longer than larger presses. We believe that putting a book into remainder after nine months or a year does not permit the work to gain a following, or the author to gain the royalties he/she deserves.
